Is anyone else's haif falling out a lot?
I don't know if its just me- i thought all hair was to be thick and gorgeous during pregnany....but instead... its knotty and falling out!
I am shedding hair everywhere- it's gross!
I literally have to vacuum my bathroom floor after I blow out my hair because strands are everywhere!
Anyone else have this issue?

This happened to me when I was PG with DD. It happened for my entire 2nd trimester and thankfully I have a lot of hair or I would probably be bald. I'd have to clean out the shower drain twice during a shower and get a big clump each time. I could feel clumps of hair washing down me when I showered it was HORRIBLE and SOOOO scary! But it has all grown back and I did not go bald. (I normally shed, but nothing like that and With DS I don't think I lost a single strand my whole pregnancy)

Yes, mine too. I thought it was because of the Procardia I was taking from weeks 26-36 but it is still coming out in clumps in the shower. It is all over the floor after I blow dry too, so gross.

It is not right now, actually the opposite very thick. However, I am fully expecting to lose a head full after the baby as I did with my other 2. Right around month 3, my hair started to fall out to the point that I literally could have made a wig out if it all. I ended up with bald spots around my hair line that have never grown back the same.

Yes, this is happening to me too!!! If I remember correctly, this didn't happen with my DD. After I had her, my hair fell out in clumps for weeks which was gross. Maybe this constant shedding will decrease the amount we'll lose after delivery.

When I'm pregnant I don't thing I lose a single strand. Afterwards omg it's awful. I lose soooo much!

I've clogged the bathroom two times in 6 months! It's disgusting..good thing I have a a thick mop on my head! Wait until after the baby is born..it gets worse

Fwiw, I never had the whole great hair pregnancy thing.
Mine fell out when I was pg with both girls.
Try biotin, that's goo for hair and nails.

Also wanted to add this was true for me. I did not lose much after delivery with DD, I think b/c I lost so much while PG. The growing back process sucked though.

My hair was always like this. Thought it would become better with the preg and it's still the same.  Oh well, I hope my girl is getting the beautiful strands instead!
