I got a massage on my cruise at 14 weeks. They just don't go as hard/deep as a regular. Enjoy!

yes, they tell you just to wait until your you are out of your first trimester.
i had one just into my 2nd tri and it was awesome. i wish i'd gone for another one in the 3rd...i planned to, but forgot! even though they take it easier on you, it's still amazing and totally worth it.
