my baby boy is here!
I had my baby boy on dec 29, after being induced. All in all, it was a great experience, painful, but well worth it. I came in wed the 28 at 12:30 and was given cervadil at 4pm to loosen my cervix. I was already 2 cm and 50%effaced, i guess that wasnt enough to start the pitocin. At 4 am they checked me, i was 3 cm dialated so at 6 am they started pitocin. By 12:12pm my little, or should i say BIG boy was here. Nicholas James, 9lbs 12 oz, 21 3/4 in long. Hes a great nurser already. Im leaving the hoapital today and cant wait to get home.
