TMI question for BTDT pregnant moms
When/if you had a "bloody show" was the mucous plug just blood tinged, or was there bright red heme? I've been losing my MP for the past week slowly, but since yesterday it is pinkish/brownish. Just wondering if this is normal or if this is the bloody show that I read about. My dr.'s appt is tomorrow, but I am very curious. Anyone have any hx of this with their pregnancies?

Ok, this is way TMI for you, but for #1, I remember describing it as looking like someone sneezed pink snot in my panties. Several of my good friends who had recently had babies agreed with me about the description.
For #2, I don't even remember the bloody show at all.

Definitely sounds like bloody show! Both times for me, it was pinkish/brownish just like you described.

when I lost my mucus plug it was pinkish brown mixed with mucus. I actaully lost my mucus plug in the course of a week.
About 3 weeks later I had a bloody show and it was bright red, no mucus. Like period blood. That's when I called my OB and she sait it's time to go to the hospital.
