Re: Baby Monitors?

We have the Summer Best View... it's color and night vision... it also has a remote so you can pan the room when s/he gets older.

That's the one i was looking at - its $200 at BBB, is that too much for a registry?

We have the Sumer Infant Slim and Secure video monitor. For #2, we need to get another camera, but will still be using it. I think it was about $200. I would think and monitor that goes beyond just sound will be somewhere in that range. Be sure to get a digital monitor. If it isn't digital, someone else can pick up the feed.

Re: Baby Monitors?

I decided on the summer infant slim & clear audio monitor... I dont think the video is necessary and I've heard that we will end up going through a few monitors bc they just dont seem to last so Im going cheaper the first time around

Re: Baby Monitors?

I think $200 is just fine for a registry. Remember family and close friends usually spend more AND people can chip in together to get it as well.

Your not forcing anyone to spend, its just an option on your registry.

I say go for it! I know I will when its my turn to register =)

Re: Baby Monitors?

We have the Summer Infant Baby Touch video monitor. It's expensive but even if no one buys it for you, I'd still include it on your registry so that you can use the completion coupon you get to buy it yourself. We love ours!
