Sleeping
I've had no trouble trying to sleep on my side's BUT, after a few hours I feel as if my hips get sore almost like a numb feeling and I have to switch sides. Does this happen to anyone else? Any way of preventing this?

Re: Sleeping
Let me know if you find any tips. I have been getting very sore hips from laying on my left side. All I have been doing is switching sides every few hours.

Same here. I flip from side to side all night.

Same with me. It gets so uncomfortable after a while so I toss and turn a lot.

Re: Sleeping
Flipping, stretching in the middle of the night and pillows; one between the knees and sometimes another between or under the ankles.
I've gotten so I'm on autopilot. I have been known to lift one leg straight in the air while half asleep in order to relieve the cramping. I also will sit up in bed and stretch each leg before I get up to use the bathroom.
