prenatals?
When I went to see my ob before we were ttc, he told me to just keep taking a multivitamin (prenatal wasn't necessary) . I know every doctor is different, but do u think I should waituntil my 1st appt before I go out & get prenatals? My prenatal has folic acid & I take a supplement as well. (And additional calcium for my osteopenia).

All you really NEED is at least 400mcg of folate daily. So if that's what you're getting, which sounds like you are, you're good.

I would double check with your doc. I was told to take over the counter vitamins as long as they sat well with me but she did say to make sure they also had DHA in them.
