Update on me if anyone cares
Quick background for those who don't know:
-Did IF treatments to get pregnant with #1 - had easy pregnancy, no problems
-Did IF treatments, now pregnant with   and have had nothing but issues! Starting with fairly low beta, SCH causing bleeding for 10+ weeks, then shortened cervix & preterm labor, cerclage put in, hospital bed rest for 1 week, been on home bed rest since almost 22.5 weeks. Currently 27 weeks.
Well, it looks like I'm stuck on bed rest for the rest of my pregnancy. I went to my high-risk yesterday and basically the cerclage is what's holding these babies in. When they pressed on my stomach even just a small amount, my whole cervix opened right up to the stitch... meaning that any time that I am not laying is putting too much pressure on my cervix - putting me at risk for breaking my water/going into labor. I can't even sit up in a chair.. I literally need to be laying all the time (besides going to the bathroom and taking a <10 minute shower). I also have to stay on medication every 4 hours day/night to control my contractions.
Today I also found out that I have GD! 
These little babies are causing Mommy nothing but trouble and they aren't even here yet!
I hope to keep them cooking until 36 weeks (although I'm not sure how likely that is) and then I can spend the next 18 years guilt-tripping them over what they did to Mommy!

Wow, that is a lot to deal with! I'm glad the babies are doing well though  Hopefully the weeks will fly by for you and your little will be here so you can guilt trip them

oh my, haley. I don't know how I would handle all of that but you definitely seem to have a positive outlook so good for you.

Oh man, hang in there! Bed rest has to be really hard especially when you already have another DC at home. Hoping the rest of your pregnancy goes fast.
