Cramping at 18 weeks..
is it normal? Cramping is very mild..but its making me nervous since i've hardly had any cramping with this pregnancy. Ugh..feel yucky today.

I had random cramping throughout. If its not severe and bleeding then I would say its normal.

I get mild cramping here and there- I think it’s from everything stretching to make more room for the baby.

I had seme cramping the last 2 days or so... Yesterday I got sharp pains around my rib cage that started to freak me out... Went away though... And then some nausea again here and there for the past couple days... I know we tend to follow the same path so theres my rundown

I agree with this. Also - they say your organs are actually shifting to make room for the baby as well, which can also cause cramping. I'm 16 weeks and I've been experiencing them every so often as well but I think it's normal due to our body preparing for baby!

thanks all..i ended up taking a nap with my 3 year old, and i feel much better now..no more cramping...Thanks!!!
Now i just need to get rid of my sore throat!
