I don't think so. At 31 weeks we measured 3lbs 8oz's and then at 35 weeks we measured over 6lbs! I hear they are just estimates so you can't base anything off of it. Did the Doctor tell you what percentile the baby is in?

Average weight for a 33 week baby is 4.23 lbs. I dont think your too far off. If dr isnt concerned I wouldnt be

I am 27 weeks and they said my baby was 2 lbs 7 oz. I think your range is fine!

I think that's just fine. At 30.5 wks my LO was measuring 3lbs 14 oz and they said that was big, so I think your LO is measuring perfectly!

my DD was born at 33w and was 3lbs 8oz but she was IUGR since around 31w since the placenta had stopped working properly due to pre-e. she measured 3-6 and 3-9 at 32w sonos.
i wouldnt worry too much because sono measurements aren't always accurate and you're pretty close to 4lbs. you might just have a petite baby, it def doesn't mean anything is wrong.

nope. i'd guess you are cooking a 7lber which is average!
my DS measured 3.13 at 31 weeks but he was born at 8.7 lbs. you are right on!

I don't think so. I actually delivered DD just shy of 33 weeks and she was 4 1/2 lbs and all the drs said she was a pretty good size for that gestation.

Sounds about right, at our 32 week DS was measuring 3 lbs 14 ounces and was born at 9 lbs!!!!

my girls were born at 30 w at 3lb 7.5oz and 2lb 8oz. they both measured 3lb5oz 3 days before they were born

At my 37 week growth sono my DD was estimated to weigh 7 pounds. She was born at 40 w 4 d weighing 6 lbs 2 oz. They thought my baby was going to be about 8 pounds. The are not always accurate!

DS was born at 31w6d and he weighed 3 lbs 6 oz. They told me that he would have been an average 7-8 lb baby if he had gone full term.
