Is it too early to come out?
I'm dying to just tell the world already. Granted most of our family and close friends know but I just want to post it to facebook and tell everyone at work! I'm 10w3d. At our appointment on Thursday, the dr thought I was actually two weeks ahead because the baby is really big.
I go back the 29th for the test where they measure the neck for downs syndrome and then go back to my dr on January 9th. Would you wait until then or just blab it out now?

I feel the same, I'm 10w2d, right behind you! We have not told fam and friends yet, this is #2 for us, but we wanted to wait until Xmas to share the news.
It's sooo hard to keep quiet!!!

That's when I originally planned on doing it. 12w is Christmas day so I planned on announcing it Christmas Eve but I am finding it so hard. It doesn't help that the few who know have slipped up on facebook twice, but luckily I caught the cases quickly.

I didn't tell work and and announce on FB until after my ultrascreen results (i ended up being 13 weeks at the time).
I told close friends and family very early, like 5 weeks!
It is SO hard to keep quiet but I just wanted the 12 week screen to go well before telling everyone

Yay! We'll be here til the end together! It'll be nice to tell everyone on Christmas, what a great Christmas suprise.

I originally wanted to wait until 12 weeks, but we couldn't hold out past 10/11 weeks either.
But you have a fun plan to announce it at Christmas. If I had a special occasion to announce it at I would probably try my best to wait until then!!

#1 I couldn't go passed 10 weeks, #2 I wanted to tell everyone the second I peed on the stick. waited till at least first dr. appt.. If you can, i'd wait till christmas just because that would be a great way to announce it..
