HOLY INAPPROPRIATE BATMAN!
I will be shocked if anyone can beat this comment for the rest of my pregnancy.
The other night DH and I were at our office holiday party. A coworker decides to talk to DH, while we were standing in a circle with other coworkers, about LACTATION.
He goes on to say how it's "a once in a lifetime opportunity." and DH says "so, you've tasted it."
And our coworker says....
"It tastes like the milk left after a bowl of fruit loops"
OMGGGG eww. Why, why WHY did I need to know this about him?
And why, why WHY do my coworkers need to think about my lactating boobs?
People are so. friggin. weird.

You will surprise yourself at the things you thought you would never do before you had a kid, tasting breast milk included
That being said, I can see how it would be a weird topic of conversation at a christmas party.

i thought this too! and it was said to taste like cantaloupe juice and I thought hey...that may not be so far off from fruit loops milk

I don't think it's weird to necessarily try it, DH had already joked about it before this comment but just...a time and a place for everything  office party was not the place

I have to agree with Michelle, you will be quite suprised about the things you talk about with other parents once you have your own child! One day you will look back at his comment and laugh while having an "inappropriate" conversation yourself!

You would be so surprised at HOW MANY people tried breast milk. I'm pretty sure I've had this conversation more than once.

OMG, that is so weird but kinda funny at the same time! I guess with the "right" friends a convo like that would be fine and totally amusing, but...I don't know about a work party!
WHen I was PG with my first DH still used to have his guy friends over several nights a week to hang out. One guy friend said that his friend's wife had a baby and she used to be able to squirt milk at them from across the room...and he asked if I was gonna do that.
I was like..."Um, no." And then told my DH that he needed to stop inviting that particular friend over!

LOL surprisingly, a lot of people asked DH if he would/did try my breastmilk when I was breastfeeding DS. Such a weird and random question!! When DH admitted he did, they were fascinated and really wanted to know what it tasted like. I found the whole thing

DH used to tell EVERYONE that would listen about my breastmilk LOL and I would get so uncomfortable b/c he tried it from the bottle NOT the source, if you know what I mean but thats what I assumed everyone pictured when he said it LOL

I don't think people can help it, that's excatly what I pictured my coworker doing. And I've met his wife as well so the picture was very clear
