This morning for the first time. I woke up, went to get out of bed, got up like I normally do and then pretty much fell to the floor because I felt so lopsided. I had to sit back down for a few mins. Very scary! I've been dizzy pre-preg before (I have inner ear issues) but this morn was on a whole other level

mazz, we are due around the same time, so I am blaming it on the pregnancy. Feel Good.

every single morning 
I wake up and get so light headed that a few times I have felt like I was going to black out. I get so dizzy and start to get the sweats. It is not pleasant. I try to now drink a glass of juice right away and have a banana first thing in the morning. that seems to help a bit. I also sometimes think it is me trying to do way too much way too fast right away, rather then get up slowly and take it easy. But that is difficult to do when I have to get ready for work and run after a 17 month old first thing in the morning to try and get out the door on time!

Yes, I find it's worse if I take too long in a hot shower. I just try to take it easy and rest whenever I feel like this.
