Diaper bag for 2 kids that isn't luggage size

I need a new diaper bag for when #2 gets here. Right now for DS#1 (15mths) I have a diaper pouch with a wipes case and 3 diapers and changing pad, a sippy, a snack, then I have the small things...face wipes, hand sanitizer, motrin, my wallet, epi pen, small first aid kit, my phone, etc.

For #2 I will need another diaper pouch, a bottle, change of clothes, nursing cover, burp cloth, and I don't know what else... it's only been 15 months but it was really a blur in the beginning lol

I obviously need a larger bag now. I have the Vera Bradley tote...not sure which one, it was a gift but I love that it's not fancy..I am a jeans and t-shirt and uggs/flip flops surfer girl. I love that it's washable and I like the long handles. I'm looking at the Vera Diaper bag and it's like a piece of luggage... what am I suppose to do with that in the stroller, it's not going to fit anywhere!

Any type of hobo type bag or something just cute and just a cute bag..lol I don't know how to explain what I want just not luggage...is that possible with 2 kids?

I don't know about the 2 kids thing, but when I looked at the Vera Bradley diaper bag, I wondered whether it was BIG enough for just 1 kid!!

I have the Skip Hop Versa right now and it didn't feel much bigger to me.

I have the Vera Bradley Diaper bag for the twins and it definitely not big enough. I am thinking of getting a bigger diaper bag, maybe the Skip hop duo, and using the vera bradley as a toy bag. To carry some toys in when we go to a friends house or something.

When #2 was born I bought the Ryan baby bag from lesport sac. It is the perfect bag for two!!! I loved its so much I ended up buying two different patterns. It has a ton of room, plenty of pockets, very lightweight, and is casual and stylish too. Check it out!

i have 2 diaper bags.. one i always keep in the car- that has pretty much everything wipes, diapers, medicine, clothes pjs, nighttime diapers, extra formula, extra food snacks,bottles, sippy cups, insurance cards -- anything and everything that i may need if we were stuck somewhere and needed enough food/formula/clothing for 2 days.
if i use anything from that bag it gets restocked when we go home.. otherwise gets restocked every 2 weeks

the smaller one i take everywhere with me.that has a changing pad, 2 diapers each for each boy a small container of wipes, 1 bowl that has cereal in it already and spoon, 1 package of fruit/veggie, 1 bottle, 2 cans of formula, a snack, and my sons diazepam. (and my wallet)


If i go walking around the neighborhood i take the small one with me -- i can always come home if we have an accident.

we usually drive to where we want to go so its just a matter of going to the car and taking care of things there..

my small diaper bag is dh old diaper dude that he never used.. its small fits under my stroller with tons of extra space left over and has just the necessities

I use a bag from lesport sac. It was my fav from 3 diaper bags because of the compartments.

It's very big for one... and with #2 on the way... I don't think I'll need anything else.

I'm trying to minimize... and there are lots of places (CVS, etc.) that would sell stuff I'd need in a bind (meds, food, etc) , so I don't carry it all with me.
