Babies R Us return policy?
We are just about to start registering and I've heard that many people have a problem with their return policy. Can anyone share what it is specifically? Should we steer clear and just register at BBB? Thanks!

From my experience they only give you store credit (even if you have a gift receipt). I had no problem with that since there is so much that I can buy there.

I just did some returns last week from my shower and did not have a problem at all. All of the stuff I returned was off my registry so they were able to pull everything up from that.
The only thing that I noticed is the new gift receipts only have a bar code on them, it does not say what the receipt is for.
Most places only give you a gift receipt/store credit when you return using gift receipts.
My sister also had no problem with her returns. She had a lot more stuff than me to return and some without receipts, they scanned the item and were able to tell her whether or not it came from BRU and then gave her a gift card/store credit for everything.
