I've flown a lot - not sure how many exact miles though. I would fly that many as long as I were staying within US borders at that stage of pregnancy. You should still feel fine (you'll just need to drink a lot and get up and move around a bit).
I personally wouldn't leave the country that late in pregnancy - 6 mos would be my limit for that.

I flew from NY to CA and back at 28 weeks in my first pregnancy (no complications)

Make sure to check with the airline. Even though I think you can fly up to 30 or 32 weeks some are different. We had a trip to Europe planned and had to move it earlier because the Aer Lingus cutoff was 28 weeks and when I called they said to bring a dr's note saying my due date! I was worried about an 8+hr flight but my dr said as long as there are no problems I am good to go!
