Cord Blood Banking
DH are trying to decide on a company to bank with. If you have any advice or rec. I would appreciate it!

No real advice, but we went with Viacord with our 1st and have been VERY happy with them, so we'll be using them for this baby as well. The customer service has been great with them since day 1.

We used CBR b/c their reviews were always consistent.
Also after speaking to reps. from CBR and Viacord, I felt the CBR rep knew more and was willing to answer all my questions. The Viacord rep was friendly but not as knowledgeable and seemed fast to get me off the phone.
Their pricing was less than Viacord.
Its a very personal decision so I honestly feel you should speak with reps from any company you are considering and go with your gut. Also ask your OB if they work with 1 company. If they do, you'll be responsible for additional collection costs.
