Is anyone else not having SEX??

We have not had sex since we got out BFP! I'm almost 14 weeks and I have no desire plus I'm terrified to do it still!

Please tell me Im not the only one!

Nope. After making it to 10 weeks after 2.5 years of TTC and several early m/cs, we aren't risking anything! I know it can't hurt, but DH and I are too nervous to even try!

Umm ya not too far off here.. At 36w and can count on one hand,, at most two =), the number of times we have "done it". First it was being too tired, then I got a UTI after we did it one time, now my DH feel like it pisses off the baby so he feels weird about it ahahaaha.

Barely over here, I'll be 22 weeks tomorrow and I think we've done it 5 or 6 times since I got a bfp. DH is the nervous one. I had some spotting in the beginning (not after sex) and I think that really freaked him out.

YAY we're not the only ones!!!!

I am, but VERY sporadically!!!

the first trimester was a bust...too sick, too tired...I think maybe we did ONCE but honestly, not even sure

2nd tri came around, and we attempted and it was PAINFUL! I definitely had an effect from the change in hormones...felt like sandpaper in there...(sorry if TMI lol)

so found out from my dr that regular KY is OK to use (sensitive of course lol) and attempted a week later, it was better, but still hurt...

then waited about another month...tried again, still hurt, not AS bad but it definitely hasn't made me want to lol

and it's not that I haven't had the urges to...I have, so this is all very frustrating!!!!!!! but last night we and finally IT DIDN'T HURT!!!!! I was so happy, but since it's been so long in between, DH wasn't exactly in marathon standing but now I'll be more inclined to try, try again!

so yeah, 4 times in 29 weeks...thats horrendous...I'll try to make the 3rd trimester count

once i hit 30 weeks and i get a good doctors report (fingers crossed!!) i am getting it on again...the 1st tri i was way too sick, this trimester we've attempted a few times but we both get nervous especially b/c my belly gets hard during sex and after O which we know is normal but it freaks DH out a lot and then all night he keeps asking me if i'm ok...i think b/c of a previous loss we're both extra cautious and nervous....but once 30 weeks comes along i think i'll be a lot more relaxed and i'll be able to convince him that it's ok...the closer and closer i get to 40 weeks i know the less nervous we'll both be about doing anything that stirs things up in there

i feel better that we aren't the only ones....honestly i was so looking foward to preggo sex b/c its supposed to be amazing....plus my DH has a belly fetish he loves my body preggo and its a shame we can't use it more!

I am 30 weeks today and can count on one hand the number of times we had sex.
At first I was too scared, then I was spotting so my dr said no, then I got a UTI. I finally gave up.

You're definitely not the only one! We didnt have sex til 3 months after our BFP. I am now 17 weeks (tomorrow) and we have only had sex 1 time. I have ZERO desire...and i think DH is kind of afraid of my weirdo body right now lol

I haven't since the BFP either. I'm scared and I'm spotting for. Week now anyway, so I can't anyway. I feel so bad forDH. Im 7 weeks

I think under 10 times and I'll be 20 weeks on tuesday.

First trimester i was way too tired and nauseous most of the time and now just not in the mood because I do feel kind big and awkward.

We did have one spontaneous night of recently and that was awesome I thought it might be a spike in my libido but too DH's dismay, a one time fluke

i didn't that much in my 1st trimester mainly because i was so tired all the time and went to bed waaay before DH, so it was weekends only if we did

then whenever we attempted it, i ended up feeling really uncomfortable. it just didn't feel good and when i asked my dr, she said totally normal since so much is going on down there.

i think in the 3rd trimester we tried once or twice but once i got really big, the belly was just too much in the way, and it was overall just too uncomfortable for me (it was like my vag got too swollen and things just didn't feel right - ha, waaay TMI there!)

anyway, now being 6 weeks post delivery, i still haven't had sex and probably won't for a few more weeks since i'm still not healed. i'm simultaneously dreading it and really looking forward to it!

its been waaaaaaay too long!! poor DH, poor me!!

OB says no while on bedrest but made " other "suggestions. so, its only recently we stopped having traditional sex.

I am going to crash here a minute. I am 33 weeks and for the first 11 weeks RE said no Once we got the ok, we DTD. I was nervous the entire time. After that, all was good until out little bleeding scare we had. (which OB said is normal)

I find that when DH and I dont for a period of time there is tension between us and we argue more than normal. He understands that it's getting harder and we are both uncomfortable with the idea but we still at least once a week.

im almost 27 weeks and havent had sex. Your not the only one. Im terrified and so is my dh. Happened with my last pregnancy too. LOL

Me, me me!! No sex since my BFP and Im currently 18weeks. Funny thing its not me who doesnt want it lol. I actually want it pretty badly but DH doesnt. He doesnt say its because he'll hurt the baby but because hes always tired. I understand that since hes been working 16hrs shifts...but we are still a little nervous too.

Crashing... I'm 4 1/2 weeks post-partum, and haven't had sex since around 27w. In other words... LONG TIME. We had sex maybe 6 or 7 times before 27w.

it's really annoying at this point bc I feel totally fine (although I did have a c-section so I don't have any tears or episiotomy to deal with). another week and a half and we've got the all clear!
