Favorite NY foods?
Okay indulge me!
My mom is coming this weekend and is willing to bring this little piggy whatever NY foods she wants!
So far on the list...
Thanks to Diana... Entenmann's chocolate chip cookies. I also told her to look for those cupcakes they come out with at certain times of the year 
She's bringing BAGELS of course!
Also bringing bakery cookies. Can you believe I can't find a good bakery here... the only place I can find those Italian butter cookies with jelly in the middle, dipped in chocolate and sprinkles are at the supermarket and we all know those aren't the same!
Anything else this chubster can add to the list???

loaves of semolina bread so you can freeze it too......I love bread from NY. yum!!!! oh and at the bakery get some rainbow cookies too!

i'm OOS also and my in-laws always bring us a ton of bagels and specialty breads - i always have NY bagels in my freezer year round  we get pretty good italian bread and pizza where i am so we are okay with that but there is no good bakery so cookies are a must too!
i want bakery cookies now - yum!

I live in Chicago...and whenever anyone visits me from NY I ask them to bring me rainbow cookies from Dortonis!!! DELICIOUS!!!!!
