yeast infection during pg?
Sorry if this tmi! I have a yeast infection which is driving me up the wall. I had one when I was pg with dd as well. With dd my ob prescribed a prescriptions drug. When I called today the nurse said I could just do an over treatment the counter treatment. Has anyone taken an otc did the ob say it was ok?

I just had one, doctor said Monistat over the counter is totally safe!

I had a YI that would NOT go away. 2 sessions of Monistat 7 did not work...finally my dr prescribed something that seemed to do the trick.
def get the 7 day. My dr said the 3 just does not work

I had one early on in the pregnancy and I am not prone to yeast infections, i've had one other in my entire life so I waas so annoyed by it!
My sister on the other hand pretty much had one every few weeks during her pregnancy. She told me that OTC is fine but to go with the 7-day instead of the shorter ones. So that is what I did and it helped!
