Bed Rest
So I went to the dr. yesterday and I was put on modified bedrest. I am 21 week pregnant with triplets. I was hoping to make it to Christmas without bedrest but I guess that's not happening.
Any advice for getting through bedrest?

I have not been on bed rest. But I would suggest getting some great books / magazines/ movies, set your self up with anything you could possibly need with in your reach and just do your best to rest and remember that the babies need it!

Split your day up with indoor activities. Get up at yoir usual time, get dressed, have breakfast..etc. by then half the day is done.
Go online and update ur registry, chat with us, read email.
call a friend to catch up.
Read a book.
start a hobby.
watch movies or start watching a new show.
