For people that get real trees, when do you go each year?
DH wanted me to ask you guys, because last year we went on December 5th and there we almost no trees left!  We didn't know if the farm we went to was bad, or if we went too late. I figured we wanted to get it later than earlier so that it stays until January 5th.
So when do you generally go and cut your tree?

Every year we go the weekend after Thanksgiving.
We've been going to Jones Family Farm in Shelton, CT for the last 8 years...never a shortage of trees.
Also, it stays fresh until well after the new year. Although, I take it down the weekend after NYE - because I'm tired of all the decorations at that point.

We are probably going Thanksgiving weekend. We'll cut our own, so it will stay fresh until Christmas.

We went to lewin's last yr for the first time and couldnt believe the amt of tress they had... Any one for $30... cant beat it... We usually go like 2 weeks before xmas but I think we may go earlier this yr for that "perfect tree"

A few weeks before Xmas. We don't have a set time just whatever works in our schedule.

It honestly depends on my husbands sched. EIther the weekend after Thanksgiving or his birthday Dec 3. I can't go longer then that. I mean we're already 3 days into the 25 days of Christmas on ABC Family My house is full of this craziness....ABC Family 25 Days of Christmas, Falalala Lifetime Movies, and Halmark Home For The Holidays. Every year you will find the listing on my fridge and my TIVO set!!!!
