Chinese Gender Calender
hey all..
hope everyone is feeling well!
I was curious to know if any of the chinese gender calendars worked for you?
i know for my DS is worked!

Not for me. But when I put in MY Mom's info for when she had sister and me, got it right both times. LOL

hmmm... interesting! i wonder if the calendars have any truth to it? i know it says that its for entertainment purposes only..

Nope it said girl for me! It was wrong. Actually according to most of the old wives tale, I should be having a girl.

I just tried my moms with me and my sister and it was right. I also did it for my DS and it was right. It says girl for me using the birth date, we shall see.

I have a question about how this chart works. Where it asks for the month of conception, do they mean the month of ovulation/ implantation? If my LMP was 9/23 is it safe to assume I conceived on October?
According to the chart DH is female. Lol but after speaking with my MIL I found out DH was induced a few weeks early which means his conception date was later than the 40 weeks I assumed. So the calendar is correct! DH is a guy after all.

I never know how to do it b/c we conceived thru IVF so technicially ALL of our babies (even the 2 frozen ones) were "conceived" in February. So do I match up always with February and how old I was when they were "conceived" or with the month that the transfer took place and my age at that time??? 
ETA: I did it on the bump's chinese chart and it came out  for either combot and we're having a so who knows!

No, it's how old you will be when you GIVE birth, not conceive.
So let's just say my due date is around my birthday and I really want a girl then I will schedule my c section right before my birthday when I'm 34 yrs old. But if I want a boy I have to be 35. Is that how it works?

you put some baking soda into a cup, and then add some pee lol
if it fizzes it's a boy........ if it has no reaction, it's a girl!
has to do with the acidity of boy pee and alkaline of girl pee
