Braxton Hicks or Preterm Labor?

As most of you know by now, I'm on "house arrest" bc of low amnio fluid.

I was told to watch for signs of pre term labor but a lot of the things on the list have been happening all along.

1. Last night, I was sitting on the couch and I began to get mild cramps (like AF) and then I was cramping in different areas of my belly.
2. When I went to bed, I got a dull pain in my lower back for the entire night!
3. I kept taking sips of water and powerade and was up almost every hour peeing.
4. I have had diarrhea since my first night at the hospital (starting Saturday).

So, what do you think this is?
I have another appt tomorrow with OB.

it wouldnt be preterm labor until the contractions are painful and timeable for at least an hour.

It doesn't sound like braxton hicks for me...when I have braxton hicks they are more like just my belly tightening up then cramping in the front and the back.

But...there were also times when I had contractions BEFORE I ever went into labor. Like in my 30-ish weeks, after really exherting myself.

Definately mention it to your doc!

Doesn't sound like BH. I would call doc to be on the safe side.
