Starbucks Frappuchinos...
Are one of the only things helping my morning sickness these days. I guess its the cold, iciness or something. They are seriously a lifesaver for me, right now!
What helps you?

Yup, I am eating a bagel evry morning for breakfast. It helps settle my stomach.
Then I mess it all up again by trying to be good and eating a salad for lunch!

I was on a chocolate milk kick for a while and that did help me too 
For a bit in the first trimester, cold orange juice helped me. I think it helped get the icky taste out of my mouth but then it started giving me heartburn so I stopped drinking it.
