The Halloween episodes (part 1 and part 2). I believe it's right at the scene when Ben and Vivian return to the house from the hospital after their daughter calls about the guy at the door. When Ben is walking up to the house they show the decorations in front of the house...check out the skeletons!

Ok ITA w/everything here except...that I do believe that Tate has an injury. I think its hidden by his clothes and he didnt want Violet to see it. I think he REALLY likes her & doesnt want to freak her out.
When Violet grabbed his penis their reaction made it seem as if though he didn't have an erection. Or do you think maybe he doesn't have a penis, that is his injury/issue.
What skeleton arrangement? 
I was thinking about the fact that he didnt want to get naked. Maybe he has a wound in his chest?

Ok I just watched the episode again. I figured out what happened with all those teenagers....Tate commited a school shooting! When they were questioning Tate at the beach they were showing flashback clips from the school shooting. I guess Tate (or who they assumed was Tate) dressed in some skeleton costume and walking around the high school with a shot gun and going into classrooms. Thats why the Jock asked (Why did you target the Jocks? We didnt ever do anything to you) So Tate didnt die with them...he died some other way. Im going to guess suicide

so i guess when they show him talking to ben in the first episode, and they show him having that "dream" i guess thats really Tate going in the school and killing them.

I missed those previews but I was thinking Constance had something to do with him dying in the house so that he would always be around. Once she found out that he killed those kids maybe poisoned him (since he has no visible wounds like everyone else) or convinced him to kill himself in that basement.

ok, this is far out but was'nt Jessica Lange's daughter already dead? I thought most of the people visiting were ghosts- i getting mixed up
is it sometihing where they want to get killed again?! The man with the burnt face begged to be killed in one scene

No, Addie was not dead but Constance has a few other kids who are is what I gathered. The burnt man I think is alive not dead because he followed Ben when he was running a few episodes ago if you remember (and they can't travel unless it is Halloween I think).
