Similac checks
Is it just me or have your Similac checks been nonexistant in the mail? I can't remember the last time I got a check in the mail. Is it just me?

I would call their 800 #. When DS was on Similac and I didn't get the checks for awhile I called and they sent me a stack of coupons.

Yea haven't seen checks in awhile. I did get a bunch of friends n family to send me the $2 off coupon that was in the smart saver a few weeks ago

Nowhere to be found. I called and inquired and they were nasty. Thankfully, my ped gave me some coupons.

YES!!!!! I called last night and they were so nasty to me too. They were talking to me like I couldn't comprehend what they were telling me when I was just curious why I hadn't gotten any checks since August. They told me it varies on the babies age and the older they get the less checks you get. I told them my son is only 5 months old and still needs formula and she just completely talked down to me. I actually said I wasn't giving her an attitude and I would appreciate it if she didn't give me one and she actually told me that a lot of people call in and can't understand their check system and this is how she talks to all the calls that make her repeat herself.  SERIOUSLY!!!!! I got off the phone so mad. I hope she didn't cancel my checks after that. What a B*tch
