and dont feel you need to be on bedrest after..
that is more for a mental thing...
if those embies are going to stick, they will stick whether you are laying in bed or standing up..
sending you a TON of dust!!!!!!

True, the nurse made me understand that after we discussed the final instructions, especially the full bladder part. She told me not to worry that I will go to the restroom shortly after, and assured me that "THEY WILL NOT FALL OUT!!" Because to be honest, that was my fear. I just htought it would be so counterproductive...
