Do I need to Tip?? New roof being put on right now..
Should I be tipping the foreman or the workers? I just paid the owner. I wanted to make cookies or something for all the workers, but got lazy. These guys hustle..

Offer them coffee! If they are doing a great job and you're really feeling generous, buy pizza for lunch. DH rarely gets tipped, but a little appreciation such as coffee or a cold drink goes a long way!

Thanks, I ended up running out and getting them donuts and gatorade. I thought they did a good job, they worked very hard non stop for several hours.

I wouldn't tip, these guys get paid good money, I do think pizza is a nice gesture!
