I carry the benefits, because my company's health insurance is slightly better.
Or maybe I should say because his health insurance is worse.  Both aren't great.

Currently, about 30-40% of HHI (last pregnancy , we were 50/50), but I have the more stable job PLUS the better health benefits (but we BOTH get health benefits).

I make about 60% of the income but DH has the benefits. He is salaried but gets nice OT and bonuses every month so if he has a really good month then we are pretty equal.

DH and I are almost 50/50. He makes less than $100 more than me. The benefit are technically through him but we are using Cobra because he switched jobs and now works for my company as well. Our company pays his former job for the Cobra benefits until his Union benefits kick in.
ETA: He also works his former job part time, so I guess technically he makes about $170 a week more than me.

We're about 50/50. Our base pays are within $1k or $2k of each other, but he is eligible for overtime & usually brings home a bit more than I do each year. We also split the benefits. Health is through him, but dental & vision are through me.

my husband makes almost double my salary.
I bring in probably about 35-40% I guess. ANNND
HE carries the benefits.
this used to be fine b/c I used to be gorgeous but now......I should really be paying him more sexual favors.

I carry the benefits but we could easily switch to DH's plan if I were to stop working. The benefit to my carrying the health insurance is that I don't pay into it. DH would have to pay a percentage so that is a cost savings there.

I carry the benefits...DH job has super sucky benefits. He works for small shop..I work for a huge company. Salary wise we net about the same although I gross more.

We are about 50/50 but my DH salary is mostly commission based so that varies depending on whether he has a good month or a slower month, it probably averages 50/50 though. I do carry the benefits (although those offered through DH job is comparable, my company also has profit sharing and partially reimburses for daycare which are nice perks)

My % flips between over/under 50% depending on what our bonuses look like but as far as base salary I'm slightly higher.
We both have good medical offerings but we went with mine because of more favorable fertility coverage.

Before I was let go a few weeks ago, I made more and carried the benefits.
We can survive on his salary (and he just picked up the benefits)-but it's not as luxurious a life style

67% w/o bonus, 72% if bonus is included.
DH has the benefits, but I could easily have them as well. He wouldn't be able to be a SAHD but if godforbid he lost his job, we could make it work.

We are close without his bonuses.
he carried benefits, since my job gives me 35% of health care costs for individual. it pays for the monthly contribution and deductible - so benefits are a wash
