Probably fresh mozzarella with roasted peppers and balsamic glaze. Also some garlic bread or fresh italian bread.

We would just eat the pasta as a meal in our house.
Maybe make a simple side salad and definitely fresh bread with real butter.

Tomato and mozzarella salad
Chopped salad (we do ours with italian meats and cheeses and a ton of veggies (roasted peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce, hearts of palm, olives)

Yeah thats what my plan was. It is the main meal. Just was looking for something small to go with it. Think ill do a salad or bread.
