Mommy and me swimming in the 2nd trimester?
Im 19+ weeks and just started mommy and me swimming with my almost 2 year old.
After the class, I started freaking out..... was I allowed to do this????

Of course! Swimming is a highly recommended activity for pregnant women, because of the weightlessness you feel in the water. And its a great form of light exercise. I am planning to do a mommy and me swim class with my son in September and I will be 7 months pregnant!

I have been swimming every day. It is the only form of exercise I can do that dosen't hurt. My ob highly recommends it.

Im 36wks & i have been swimming as soon as the pool was opened and ready in June.
