As in, what they eat/drink and what time? What time is milk and how much and what times are food. TIA!

Thank you! See this is part of my problem with my DD - she is a very small eater/drinker and I can't do the milk so close to the food - it has to be spaced out just like the food so when she drinks 8oz I have to wait 2 hrs b/f she will really eat a meal! It makes it very hard! Chat Icon But, since it seems she should be doing it I'm going to try to close the gap!

DD is 17 months.

She gets up around 7:30 - has a 6oz bottle of milk. (yes, she's still on the bottle.)

8:30- breakfast. Yogurt & banana, or oatmeal w/ brown sugar- apple butter & banana, or some type of mashed fruit. Sometimes she has a mini bagel w/cc & fruit.

11am- another 6oz bottle of milk.

Some days she naps at 11, sometimes she naps at 1.... It depends on her mood.

So lunch is when she wakes up, between 12 and 2:30. She has toast with cc & jam, or an eggs, crackers w/ cheese, turkey or chicken with cheese, matzo with apple butter, etc...

3pm- 6oz bottle milk.

5-5:30- dinner. The usual stuff. whatever we are eating.

7:30- 6 oz milk.

8-8:30- bed.

Loey eats all day long I swear!

During the week he's in daycare so it's a bit different, but on the weekends:

wake up 7:00. has breakfast - always 1/2 a banana, oatmeal & blueberries.

snack around 10 or so. variety of things. sometimes mixed berries, a smoothie, different fruits (apple, orange, pear, etc.), greek yogurt with honey, grapes & cheese, banana bread, muffin, cinnamon raisin bread with cream cheese, raisins/cranberries or other dried fruits, etc.

lunch is around noon. usually homemade mac&cheese, baked breaded chicken, leftovers from dinner, pasta with red sauce, meatballs, arroz con pollo, chicken and wild rice casserole, chicken drumsticks or chicken thighs, grilled cheese, grilled chicken, hamburger or cheeseburger, baked ravioli or ravioli with parm & olive oil, tilapia parm or prepared any kind of way, homemade fish sticks- any of these with a fruit & a veggie

snack when he gets up from nap, usually 3:00 or so. same as above snacks.

dinner around 6:30 or so. he'll have whatever we're eating or any of the things mentioned above for lunch.

he honestly doesn't drink milk. he gets calcium from other foods so i'm not sure if this helps you at all. we're also trying to move away from processed foods.

Ds will be 16 months next week. His appetite seems to change weekly.

7am about 5oz of milk in a sippy
8,8:30ish either pancakes with some blueberries throw in, or oatmeal with applesauce, sometimes an omelette.

10ish i offer him some fresh fruit or yogurt...crackers and cheese

11.30-12 usually steamed or baked veggies, chopped, and either pasta or rice. He loves yellow squash...most days. On the days he's finnicky, i mix in some cream cheese and/or sour cream and he devours it...usually. And 5oz of milk.

Naps from a bit after 12.30 to 2.30

3pm snack, variation of a.m. Snack

5ish usually a homemade veggie soup. Lately, I've been offering him what's on our plates too, and he has enjoyed it. We eat mostly protein and sauteed veggies at night.

6pm 7oz of milk in a sippy

7.30-8 bath

8-8:30 bed
