Uterus growth cramps??

Please tell me what yours feels like? Right now I am having pretty sharp pains that last a couple of seconds on the left side of my pelvic area. Should I be call the Dr. or is this just stretching? Im 13w3d.

could be round ligament pain, or you may need to drink more fluids. I'd drink so water and keep an eye on it. hth

they are probably just normal growing/stretching! it could even be round ligament pains.

I was having cramping/pains in my lower left side all week and that is why I ended up at the doctor yesterday. Everything turned out fine, but I am glad I called for peace of mind.

It never hurts to call your doctor if you are concerned!

my pains were (and still are) sharp when I get them. on the lower sides of my belly. almost like someone jabbed me with a dull knife.

I have pain around there as well.. and on the right side.. sometimes sharp, sometimes dull.. I figured it was all the stretching.

yea I got them, was told to drink more water and relax when i start to feel them.

That really sounds more like round ligament pains. Do you notice them more when you do something that stretches your stomach muscles, like sneeze, or stand up from a sitting position?

I felt uterus stretching pains in my first tri, and it was more like light, dull menstrual cramps. They lasted for what felt like hours. Round ligament pains are sharp and very brief. You get them because your stomach is stretched out but your ligaments haven't caught up yet. Totally normal and common.
