Please recommend you alarm company....
who? Did they install? How much was installation? What does it include? How much do you pay monthly? Also how much did it change your insurance? For those of you that don't mind sharing! Please and thanks!

We use Slomins. We paid $135 when we signed up. That included
Whole house hardwired
1 keypad (live in a ranch)
2 sensors, 1up 1 in the basement.
We pay $82 every three months.
It took all day, 9-4:30. The guy was super nice.
I believe we saved about 10% on HOI.

Banner Alarm in N. Massapequa. They are AMAZING!!!! We did ours in 2005 when we bought our house in Stony Brook. The installation is unbelievable, they are so neat and organized and our whole house is protected.
Every window is armed, all of our doors are armed including the inside garage door and the attic opening in the garage and we have a motion sensor in the main part of the house. We have two keypad panels which are expandable up to like 40 zones if we ever want to add on or anything like that. I think it cost about $1600 to have it all installed and we're hooked up to Central Service which costs us $270/yr. (They bill you quarterly for that) I HIGHLY recommend them.
We had people like Meenan and Slomins come in but were thoroughly unimpressed with what they were offering. My parents have been using Banner for years, they are SO great!! VERY happy with our choice!

Almost exactly the same for us, except I don't remember how much we paid when we signed up, but I'm pretty sure it was less than $100.
Our front and back entrances are hardwired, we have two sensors, one keypad, and two remotes.
We pay ~$80 every 3 mos....worth every penny because every time it's gone off, the police have shown up at my house...makes me feel very comfortable.
