when should open house be listed?
we are having an open house on saturday...when do you think it should be posted on mlsli...
i asked my agent to post it today bc there are 14 others in my town that are already posted for this weekend...but its still not on there

The earlier the better. Once it's scheduled, we usually enter it into MLS (no point in delaying, unless you're not sure it will happen).

I have been looking on Monday for OH's the following weekend. So, IMO, the sooner the better.
