Do you like it?
Which one do you have?
Is it as good as when the pro's come?
How often do you use it?
What kind of upkeep does it need (i.e., chemicals, shampoos, etc.)

Bissell upright - works great use abt 1x every 3mnths or when needed. Use Bissell carpet cleaner.
Its not a steam or hot water one but the water comes back very dirty so its getting the rugs clean.

I also use the Bissell, but mine heats the water...it does a really good job. The solution can be pricey, but it's definitely cheaper than having someone come in every year and professionally clean them.

hoover steamvac rocks!!!! my mother is a carpet cleaning nut and swears by them. mine does a nice job. check out amazon reviews.
