FTWM who pump ?
Can you please share your dc schedule ds is 6.5 months just trying to look and see a lot of people schedule

I pump and BF, but here is my schedule
7:00 BF
12:30ish pump
3:45 BF
6:45 BF
I also BF once in the middle of the night still because DD doesn't really drink at daycare. She is 10 months, and I have had this schedule since 6.5 months.

i would pump when my little guy was home eating, so i'd try for every 4 hours
id feed him at 6
pump at 1030
pump at 230
feed him at 6
feed him at 9
pump at 1am

This was similiar to my schedule when I was working and my DC was 6mos, except that I would pump an extra time at 5:30am for the freezer stash, then nurse at 7am before we left the house.
