LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it!!!!! I just used it a few weeks ago. I was going from dark cranberry walls to a brownish taupe color, much lighter. The paint + primer covered the walls beautifully in just two coats. Very nice paint, goes on great and covers amazing! I highly recommend it!

ADORE it. We had a room in the house on our farm that was DARK, BRIGHT purple. I painted it wedgewood blue with Behr Paint & Primer in one single coat. No bleed through, and you would never know the walls were purple before. My MIL convinced me to try it. I was a total skeptic, but the stuff is truly fantastic.

Curious what type of wall/paint you covered. That's usually the main culprit in chipping / peeling paint, not the paint itself.
So sorry it didn't work for you.

used it in our bathroom after our reno and loved it! covered so well and only needed 2 coats on new sheetrock!

I bashed Behr for years for hating their paint.
I used the Behr premium paint and primer for DS' playroom last Fall and LOVED it. Great coverage! I used it on fake dark paneling. Covered perfectly in 1 coat but did a 2nd coat anyway. I did sand the paneling to take off the shiny finish though.
I was VERY happy with it. Very easy to work with too.

mine too!! and it doesnt clean easily, i feel like the paint comes off a little when i clean it.
im back to using benjamin moore.

If the new paint you are using is not the same sheen you will need primer regardless. For example if you are going from a semi gloss to matte, you will need primer anyway and the 2 in 1 won't work for you

I have two coats of primer on brand new walls, so I didn't really need the extra primer. I decided to not take the chance.
