we got our first offer yesterday. We countered, we'll see what happens.
Heard through the grapevine that there may be another offer forthcoming as well...

wow...gorgeous home.
Wish we could move that far out to the island but DH commutes with a company van that has commercial plates. Which pretty much means LIE is his only option to and from - traffic and all. He wants nothing to do with that.

Gorgeous. I just wish my DH would move out to LI. 
It makes me so  when i see your house compared to the house we bought in Queens for nearly the same price.
