My IVF Journal - Updated 6/18 Beta Results (a little late)

Thanks for reading. I have found that these have helped me, so maybe my story will help someone else.
A little background:
I am 33 and DH is 34. My first month off the pill (2005) surprise BFP, ended in a missed m/c around 7 weeks.
Trying and trying and trying we go to ECF found I had a bicournate uterus, which was removed via a D&C. 3 IUI's and 2 IVF's later still nothing. No further teting was done. June 2009 I decide to see Dr. Braverman, after reading all of the wonderful recs on this board). I had all of the initial bloodwork, and even had an in office hysteroscopy. He finds I have elevated NK cells, but other than that everything looks good we will go ahead with IVF once AF arrives. AF is now late so I test - and surrpirse BFP again! And again ends in a missed m/c around 11 weeks (4 years to the day!).
We tried another IUI in January 2010 but nothing. So we started a fresh IVF cycle. I get to the ER and they get 5 eggs all fertilized and all frozen. Transfer is cancelled due to poor lining.
I went in for a lap in July of 2010 and ready to start again. Dr. B is pretty sure that my lining is my main issue (since I have been able to get PG on my own, twice). I also started acupuncture.

And off we go. . . .

4/11/11 Day 3 blood and sono. On BCP. Start Lupron at 10 units Tues through Friday. Down to 5 units Sunday to Tuesday.

4/20/11 start Ganirelix 25 units

4/26/11 - Monitoring Day. Start stims tonight!!!
Ganirelix
450 IU Follistim
Menopur 2 vials
Lovenox
Neupogen (sub Q) 15units
Baby Aspirin
Viagra Suppositories (2x day)

4/29/11 - Monitoring Day. I have a bunch of follies on my right ovary: 2 at 11 and one at 12, and bunch under 10.
Left ovary one at 9 and one at 11.
Lining still thin at 3.7

Continue same meds until Monday.

5/2/11 - Monitoring Day. We are moving right along. Right Ovary 8 follies between 12-15mm. Left ovary 3 follies between 13-15mm. AND MY BIG NEWS!!!! My lining was at 6.1!! The best it has ever been. Sandra was so excited for me, as am I!!! Continue all meds til Wednesday.

5/4/11 - Last Monitoring Day!!
Right Ovary 9 follies between 16 and 20
Left ovary 4 follies between 16 and 19.
Lining - a whoppinng 9.6!! I can not believe it. In past cycles my lining has never been better than 6.
So my ER Is now scheduled for Friday afternoon!!!
The only bad thing is that I am supposed to go to the Bon Jovi concert at the Colisum Friday night with my sister. Oh Well, I guess this is more important.

My incredibly late updates:
5/6/11 ER DAY!!! Everything went great. They got 7 eggs, of those 6 were mature and 5 fertilized naturally. On top of that I had 4 frosties from my previous cycle.

5/9/11 - ET DAY! The day finally came. We transferred 2 embryos, one from the fresh batch and one frozen. The rest were all highly fragmented so there were none left to freeze. Now we wait.

Beta day finally arrives and here goes my phone conversation with Dr. B.
Dr. B. - "Hi its Dr. Braverman"
Me - "Oh Hi How are you?"
Dr. B. "Well . . . (and this seemed like the longest pause in any conversation) It looks like you are going to be a Mommy!!"
I lost it and started crying.

And the short version of the rest of my updates:
My first sono was on 6/4/11 we saw the heartbeat! That weekend I started spotting which I know is very common in early pregnancy, but after all that we have been through you still freak out!

Next sono on 6/11/11 everything looks great and this time we get to hear the heartbeat, beating away at 127bpm.

Last sono was 6/17/11 measuring right on track at 8w0d with a very strong heartbeat at 163bpm!!
I still have not been able to enjoy one second of this pregnancy because I know what can go wrong. Dr. Braverman said its completely normal after my history, but he did a very thorough sono and said he does not see any bleeding or blood clots so it is OK if I get excited.
Planning on telling my dad tomorrow for Father's Day!!!

The reason I hadn't posted any of my updates until now was because I felt guilty flaunting my BFP after a few of you had some not-so great news. I felt so bad for each and every one of you who had negative results and who suffered losses recently.
I want to thank everyone who has offered their advice and support through this journey.
I continue to pray for all of you.
