We have Travelers and work with Friedman & Friedman agency in Mineola - 516-683-0500. Mary Nelson is our account rep and she's great - always either picks up the phone when called, or gets back to us within an hour or two at most.
I've had policies through Friedman & Friedman since the mid 1980's and they have always come through with exemplary customer service. They've been there for me when I really needed them and it's great to know you can count on someone to help you when you actually need to make use of your insurance.

We use State Farm and we are happy with their service so far. You should have a local agent near your home.
