Anyone grieve taxes in Huntington
I did it this year and as of last month am waiting for a court date. How can I grieve for next year by May 17 if I have not heard if my taxes were reduced for this year (can grieve every year if no reduction)?

You can grieve for this year the same way you did last year - by filing a grievance. It doesn't matter if you are still waiting for a court date or not.
And yes, you can grieve every year if there is no reduction.

I did it and won and tried again this year, but they told me I was now being taxed appropriately.

Thanks for your responses. I just spoke with the company I am using and we still don't have a court date.
