We have an Accepted Offer!!!!
I have shared on this board how we lost a few houses already. Well this was house # 5 and it was by far the nicest!!!! I am so happy everything has worked out the way it has and this house was worth the wait.
Now looking at this house compared to some of the others we placed offers on, I do feel like the pressure had us settle on some. So those house hunting dont settle, the perfect house will come along!!
Are lawyers are talking today. We have already scheduled engineer inspection for Thursday, so things are moving along nicely!!
I cant wait!!! Once we have a signed contract, I will post pics!

i was just literally in your shoes! i can totally relate!
so many failed attempts and we are living with my mil till we find a house- btw, we have a toddler and baby #2 on the way..
anyhow, we just closed on a house 3/31..
it feels great!
