loose stools but no other symptoms?

Any ideas of what this could be? DS has had mild diahrrea (sp?) for the past week. Basically very very loose stools. Not so much that it's liquid, but much looser than normal. He has no other symptoms though...no throwing up, no fever, no rashes, ect. He's acting normal and happy.

What could this be? I was thinking a virus but I thought he would have other symptoms if it was. He used to have a sensitivity to milk but he outgrew that over 6 months ago Could it be coming back with new symptoms?? (he used to throw up from it, not poop).

I've been feeding him mostly starches for the past week to try to counteract the loose stools. Also lots of bananas and no other fruits. But he still seems to be affected.

is he teething? my kids get diahrea when they are teething.

Is he getting any teeth at all?

it may be a little bug. try not to worry. i prob would do the same thing you are doing. give foods that are a little more binding but watch that it doesnt constipate him. how about rice or apples
