I would say a general contractor or handyman who does wall repair work.

I had a mirrored wall removed. My painting contractor removed it and did the repairs.

we had this when we moved into our house
we called a glass/mirror company. I think it cost about 200 bucks, and to our embarrassment- the mirror screwed right off the wall
