My 1/2 Bath Makeover is Done!!!
For my birthday, I asked my dad to redo my 1/2 bath since it was really unusable. There was no insulation in the walls, so it felt like an outhouse in the winters, plus, it was letting so much cold air into the house.
It had originally been a porch to the house, but the previous owners had converted it into a half bath back in the 60s. So, here's the amazing work my dad did

It's the gift that keeps on giving! It's awesome and that mirror is perfect!!! It sounds silly to say enjoy it, but in all seriousness, enjoy it!

WOW!
If you asked me prior how i would feel about wainscoting from floor to ceiling, i would have said, "nah".
but, holy cow! i love love, love (did i say love) it!! it's so clean looking and a little cottagey.

Thanks! My dad kept questioning me about the wainscoting and I kept telling him to just do it because I wanted it to have a cottage feel and once it was all done, he said the same thing. I really love it I'm going to spend today getting accessories and what not to give it a little color because it's definitely super WHITE

It looks great! Did you see the pottery barn kids catalogue for spring? there is a bathroom with floor to ceiling wainscoting. I had never seen it before and thought it was a great idea. too bad we just finished redoing our whole house!!!!
