Today was a good day
We got our formal mortgage commitment and the title came in and is perfect! All we have to do now is write a letter to the bank about 2 previous credit inquiries, lock in our rate on Monday and get a few other things together and we'll be good to go! Looking at closing by the middle of NEXT MONTH!!
