How often do you clean your house? Elaborate...

I sometimes think I clean everything too often, but then sometimes I think I don't clean enough. Just because I'm questioning this, I'm probably cleaning too much lol but I'm curious as to all your answers. Not just a cleaning the kitchen table or wiping off the bathroom sink, I'm talking about washing floors, washing windows, washing moldings, cleaning bathrooms, etc. Please elaborate! Just curious...thanks!!!

Okay, so every Monday I clean (it gets dirtier when we are home all weekend so I am crazy and clean Monday, lol). I dust, vacuum, clean bathrooms, kitchen. I wash the floors about once a month. Widows I wash in the spring and fall. I usually go through my closets/pantry every other month and try to get rid of stuff as to not get clutter. I am very neat and organized so it may seem a little much.
ETA-Every day I do a little too so it doesn't get messy, like clean counters, sweep, ect.

We do a thorough cleaning every 2 weeks- I mean dusting, vacuuming, mopping, moving furniture around. But we still clean up daily.

I'm embarrassed to say. We pick up, the house mostly looks neat, we clean the bathrooms weekly. My sons room is always clean. I think I mop mybe 1X every 3 weeks I need a cleaning person really

i clean every week (dust, vacuum, mop, bathrooms bleached/wiped down, cabinets wiped down in kitchen) although I wish I could do it twice a week because we have two cats and the place gets dusty rather quickly.

every other week (refrigerator, bedding, living room curtains since cats walk in between them and get cat hair all over)

yearly (I plan on moving furniture and doing a complete clean and steaming the furniture)

Kitchen I clean every other day about.

Dusting and all that is done at least once a week.... though at times I have let it go for 2 weeks.

Vacuum - every other day... DH usually vacuums.

Windows - Seasonally or when we see that they look like a mess

Bathroom - weekly

Floors - DH usually does the floors when he vacuums.

I make the bed at least 5 x's a week and the other 2 days I just let it go. haha. IDK why though.

I have 2 long haired cats... which makes it necessary to vacuum and dust more frequently.

Every weekend I do a thorough cleaning of the entire house, but will still wipe down the bathrooms during the week and vacuum every other night (I have a Lab who sheds like crazy). Kitchen floor gets mopped every night after I clean up from dinner. I change the sheets every weekend and wash the duvets/comforters once a month. Except for my glass storm door which gets cleaned nearly every day because of the dog's nose prints, my windows get a good cleaning about once every 2-3 months. I also wash the couch cushion covers every 2-3 months.

i do a full on top to bottom cleaning once a week. But I clean something everyday too.

this is on average

daily:
vaccum the first floor (i have dark flooring in my living-dining-bedroom so i swiffer vac that daily, sometimes more than once and i sweep/vaccum the kitchen as well)

wipe down kitchen counters/table

wipe down the stove - i can't cook on a dirty stove so i find myself cleaning it just about everyday

every few days:
dust - especially the bedroom
wipe down/bleach the toilet and clean the sinks/bathroom counters
change the sheets
vaccum the second floor (its our family room/loft and two empty bedrooms)

every week:
wash the floors
vaccum the stairs (carpeting)
clean the shower (DH is supposed to do that one)
clean the mirrors in the bathrooms
kitchen cabinets
appliances

moldings i vaccum/wipe down every few weeks, sometimes i do it while i'm washing the floors if i notice they are getting dusty...windows i do less often, more like seasonally, my sliders probably monthly, luckily they stay pretty clean...

Everyday I wipe down the kitchen counters, stove and table. I sweep and swifer everyday bc I have 3 dogs.

I mop and vac the floors every other day. Upstairs and dowstairs.

I dust, clean staircase, wipe down kitchen cabinets & applicances, polish furniture, clean the showers and toliets once a week. Well, at least I try to. Sometimes its every other week. I usually do this on a Sat or Sun morning along with steps 1 and 2.

Dust the ceiling fans once a month.

The moldings and windows (with the exception of the slider) I do once a season, which reminds me I need to get on that.

Major cleaning every other Saturday.

Minor cleanings as needed. I've been known to dustbuster while I'm on the phone with people!

Monday: Vacuum, Mop, windows, and moldings
Tuesday: Strip all beds, wash linens, scrub bath tub, toilet, and dust entire house.
Wed: Vacuum, Mop, LAUNDRY DAY!
Thurs: Wipe down all appliances, organize toys, clean out fridge, scrub down fridge, sink, and clean all wood in the house
Friday: Vacuum, Mop, and any odds and ends that need major cleaning, boys rooms get scrubbed down on fridays.

The weekends I spot clean, I bissell the couches once every 2 weeks, and the rug once every two weeks (opposite times) and scrub the bathroom again.

This is in addition to my daily stuff like dishes, running the dishwasher, cleaning the stove, cleaning up toys, wiping down all the toys, door knobs, making beds, and so on.
I vacuum every day but do BIG VACUUMS through out the week.

I have my house cleaned every other week, and i do whatever needs to be as often in b/t.

Oh god... not enough... but everyone always says how clean my house looks... honestly i think it has alot to do with the lack of clutter
