cleaning person
is it dumb to have a cleaning person come once a month?
i do a pretty good job of keeping up on the household duties, i just want someone to come once a month and really get the deep down dirt....
does anyone do this?
any reccomendations?
m in holtsvlle....

Yes I do this!
I usually do a decent job of neat and clean I'm a SAHM, but I hate getting behind furniture and scrubbing baseboards, and scrubbing every inch of my bath and I hate deep cleaning. But I really like clean, so I hire someone to do deep cleaning once a month. I love it. I'm in Brooklyn, otherwise I'd recommend her.

We have someone every two weeks and I am actually thinking of having them come once a month instead. So no it is not a bad idea, I figure it will still give us a break.

how much does it run & how big is your house? (since I'm assuming size determines price..)
Are you home when they clean?
